I’m Jo. Painting has been my therapy for as long as I can remember, so I recently took the leap into making it my full time job.

 

My work is influenced by abstract expressionism, impressionism, futurism, and the emotive power of music.

 

Through layers and textures my intention is to capture an energy that resonates on a deeper sensory level.

 

Parting with my original pieces can be an emotional journey, but hearing how people interpret my work, and how they are affected by it, is pure joy.
